Ferrari-Carano
Sonoma County Fumé Blanc Sauvignon Blanc
Citrus bouquet. Bright, full body. Acidity and spritz dramatically decrease after swirling. Outstanding value.

Perfect for seafood, which I'm currently pairing it with (king crab, seared tuna, oysters, jumbo shrimp, snow crab slaw) and very nice for cooling off in summer. Not too sweet, not too dry. Can't go wrong with the Ferrari name.

Apr 28th, 2017Preserved lemon, anise, orange peel, slight pineapple. Dry, slightly and pleasantly tart. Crisp, acidic, self-consistent; sharp but with a flat finish, this wine still pairs well across the board and is a stellar value.

Apr 1st, 2017If Monterey's Fish House had a good wine list, it would be impossible to get a table. This wasn't half bad though.
