Citrus bouquet. Bright, full body. Acidity and spritz dramatically decrease after swirling. Outstanding value.

Pours lemon in color. ON THE NOSE: peach and grapefruit and hint of grass. ON THE PALATE: peach grapefruit and sweet mango. Decent acid but the finish is a bit flabby. Not as crisp as I would love. Light body medium (-) finish

Fun, medium/round body with lots of vanilla on the nose. Balanced aromas of honeyed pineapples 🍍 and a mango peachy citrus flavor. This is good...don't get me wrong, but something is missing. It's just not that interesting

Omg a perfect fumé blanc, exactly what you would expect/want out of a fumé blanc. And from California?! I'm so surprised. Perfect for seafood, which I'm currently pairing it with (king crab, seared tuna, oysters, jumbo shrimp, snow crab slaw) and very nice for cooling off in summer. Not too sweet, not too dry. Can't go wrong with the Ferrari name.

Dry; crisp but won't strip the varnish off your teeth; non controversial; excellent with Vietnamese food.

A fantastic everyday wine. The tiniest bit of sweetness and a great fruit character pair nicely with a subtle vanilla note from the oak.

Preserved lemon, anise, orange peel, slight pineapple. Dry, slightly and pleasantly tart. Crisp, acidic, self-consistent; sharp but with a flat finish, this wine still pairs well across the board and is a stellar value.

If Monterey's Fish House had a good wine list, it would be impossible to get a table. This wasn't half bad though.

Grapefruit, lemon, apple, lime zest, tropical fruit, hay, slate and hints of stone fruit. Electric acidity and good minerality.
