Nose has green hay, cut Granny Smith apple, peach skin, slight green herbal notes and dry sand.
Palate has lime peel, squeeze of lime juice, tart green apple and lemon peel. Dry, nice acidity with a medium finish, very drinkable; $10 👍

The day after Thanksgiving I have opened the 2016 Evolúció Furmint Tokaj, Hungary. Had the taste for a nice white wine after the reds I have had over the past few weeks. It is nice to switch things up and always good to try wines from different regions.
On the nose aromas of white flowers are prevalent with, white peach, lemon, grapefruit, orange peel and herbs.
The palate reveals notes of lemon, orange, lemon, lime, green apple and a bit of herbal back note.
This wine is smooth medium bodied with fresh medium + bracing acidity that leads to a clean medium to long finish. A very nice wine that would go well with fish or fowl. Continued peace during your holiday weekend and please stay safe. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂
