Seven Springs Vineyard Pinot Noir

These guys are pretty solid. Maybe a bit more wood than I’d like to see, but well balanced overall. Sneaky long.

Beautiful on the 2nd day. Tart, great mineral, refreshing.

Really strawberry. Not the big fleshy strawberries from the supermarket, but the little wild ones. A bit of sour cherry. Very good, but ultimately too one-note to be great

Brick color. Wine is driven by mineral and spice. Beautifully perfumed with tart cherry fruit and cinnamon spice.

Nose is so unique. Smooth, maybe too smooth.

Beautifully elegant, yet shows plenty of structure, backbone & grip. Fresh strawberry & bright summer cherries dance across the nose & palate. Fantastic stuff.

Cherries, spice, black tea, mushroom and bitter orange.

Light ruby color. Moderately expressive nose of earth and more subtle red fruit and sage. On the palate it's lighter bodied, bright, and crisp reminiscent of an Old World style.

Not something I'd fall in love with at a winery, but enough acid and red fruits to make a great foil to a rich meal.

Delish! Expressive with red fruits and floral notes. Elegant tannins, vibrant acidity. Baking spices and smoke accent the bright cherry & cranberry flavors.
