One of those wines that explodes with the right food. By itself I was thinking 88/89, paired with Korean BBQ easy 90+, tart cherries, big acid, cru Beaujolais like, delicious.

Licorice, bing cherry high acidic. A few years ago had Evening Lands Celebration Gamay 2009 which was fabulous. Next year!
