Seven Springs Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay

Medium lemon with aromas of stone fruits, spice, floral and citrus from a cool vintage. On the palate flavors of apple, pear & apricot with some lemon citrus zest, honeysuckle and nutty notes. Soft, long finish, well balanced with lively acidity, ending with fruit, integrated and wet stone mineral character. Nice!

We had the 2021 Vintage on 9/26-27/25. A pretty good Chard with tastes of lemongrass, light minerality and oak; touch of vanilla. Well balanced, medium bodied, no acidic bite

But a bit American in style.

Decant-able. Last sip was the best.

Very nice… vibrant lemon nose with clean steely minerality and wet white stone notes throughout the medium body to a crisp rewarding finish
