Not bad but a little one dimensional, we'll see how air affects the overly obvious stem inclusion. I normally love stem inclusion, maybe just not feeling it today. The rest is great with cranberry, sandalwood, mineral, mellow spice and mulled cherry notes. Fresh and balanced only 13 abv. #eveningland #pinotnoir #wine #santabarbara #sideways

A nice surprise - 2010 Evening Land Pinot noir thru Garagiste from Santa Rita hills. Well balanced, earthy, bright red fruit, silly texture, pleasing finish.

Really great fruit with some lovely cedar and tobacco notes. 2010. Not too much tannin.

Really, really barnyardy when first opened. More than I like. Then after breathing for an hour a beautiful nose of subtle barnyard and cherries, and sweet and sour red fruit. Very nice.
