Light in color. Sharp and bright. Nutty with lovely purity and a long finish.

Equipo Navazos La Bota de Fino 35 Sherry (NV). After 3 years in bottle it is starting to show some development. More seaweed funk. Still bright & salty with a long finish. Less nutty than at bottling. More tangy. Savory all over.

Praise be, day 3.

Fino bottled 5 years ago; this just freakin' delicious. Saline and chalky with nutty additions. So complex.

Totally savory. So complex. So delicious. Powerful. Channels scotch whisky with some flavors. Wow! Not dead yet

Savory, salty, smoky. Rich, bold, amazing

This was so affecting that I was having taste auras the following day each time.
I was pouring this at night as a sipper like I would a scotch

Proved to have plenty of life left. Invincible?
