Delicious.

Citrus, lavender herbs and salinity. Refreshing and good with sun golds.

I found this lacking acidity. Slightly cloudy. While interesting, I wouldn’t drink more than a glass or two. #canarias #spain

Stinky. Barnyard, hay, SO2. Palate is more inviting. Intensely mineral, but very approachable without food. Decanted half an hour. I would call this orange before calling it white.

Smoky white fruit and saline notes maybe even sea breeze. Delicious and verging on briney. Feel like 3-5 years and this would settle in. I feel like it had more to show but did not get there.

Rock salt

stunning. kinda like a Puffney Savignin, but with volcanic island salinity.

Sherry like flavors. Salinity and beautiful fruit. I love this. From Tenerife.
