Textbook. Great brine and fungal notes. Perfect food wine, can handle nearly anything you throw at it. Egyptian koshari, in our case. Buy a case for the summer and thank the wine gods sherry is still unhip and therefore affordable.

Jun 18th, 2017None dry. Dry and light. Crispy sea breeze, A little smoky and salty but got this lite sweet undertone smell like the welches white grape juice. Great with seafood. Strong acid.
