Perfect pizza wine and outstanding dolcetto

I don’t think Dolcetto can get much better - electric magenta and acid driven with tart berry flavors dried flowers

Not a heavyweight, but refined, balanced and lots of top notes. Plummy, bitter almond, excellent length & finish. #grasso #dolcetto

so happy to see this at the local pizza place in Bend, OR

Very solid dolcetto. Stands out amongst a crowd of below average ones.

Really disappointing;

Yummy and lively

Pure and fresh.

Medium ruby hue. Aromas and flavors of cassis, cherry, licorice, raspberry, tar, and violet, with hints of vegetal. Medium-plus body, with full tannins and medium-plus acidity. Sour cherry on the palate, with a medium-length, tannic finish. Incredible bouquet of red fruit.

Ripe red cherries. Earth. Black pepper. Tasty.
