Very rounded, succulent and glycerin. An intense nose of dark fruit. Really densely packed. This will be incredible in a few years but is super primary now.

At PNV this week in Napa and did a tasting at Eisele The 13 is their 1st vintage made under the new ownership of Latour. Tasting the 12 & 13 together you notice the oak in the 12 & riper fruit in a more Cali style where as the 13 the fruit is so pure & clean with no noticeable oak, great structure & balance reminding me of a Bordeaux 1st growth. Love what they are doing at Eisele!
