Delicious. Recommended by my local wine store as his top 3/72. Part riesling, part indigenous grape.

I am not a fan of Kerner, which I find to be a relatively tasteless grape. This wine is well-made and as good as it gets. But it still isn’t an interesting wine.

Quite simply- a beautiful wine! A grape that is often overlooked but should not be. Straw yellow color with a hint of green. Aromas of peaches, lemon, lime and a touch of herbs . Lemon, gooseberries and mint on the pallet. Minerals and wet stony notes on the finish. Medium bodied with a creamy texture. Excellent!

A great fondue wine. Light very floral alcohol tastes like 12 but is 14.5%. Not sure how they did it. But makes the palate rich and buttery. Forget pinot grigio.

This is a completely upscale Kerner. I have had a few Kerners, including the nice "regular" Kerner from Valle Isarco but this is a real step up. If you haven't had a Kerner before it should be on your "to try" list.
