Suckers for gently oxidative apple aromas and flavours will adore this complex and demanding wine. Lovely, ripe lemony acidity cuts they its developed ripe fruit personality and renders cut and precision. Disgorged in 2012 IIRC.

This was a beautiful color in the glass. Opened up over a few hours. Fruit, bread, saline, so complex. Every sip evolved. I am continually surprised that this winery lives up to hype.

Beautiful light amber color. Very fine bubbles. A framboise funk and praline on the nose. Palette has a rich malt character that dances on the tongue. Disgorged July 2020 after 84 months on lees.
