E-O VP. 3 gm/l, disgorged July 2021, 2013 base. Just got it after having my first bottle that stunned. Didn’t give this any rest—it’s superb. Very quiet mousse, delicious fruit in a very elegant and refined package. Citrus and apple, very subtle wine, very delicious on its own after dinner with a big bowl of popcorn. Finishes clean and long. Makes me very happy.

Beautiful light amber color. Very fine bubbles. A framboise funk and praline on the nose. Palette has a rich malt character that dances on the tongue. Disgorged July 2020 after 84 months on lees.
