Absolutely marvellous wine
Everything in place.
Mouthfilling with freshness, mineral and lenght.
When a wine gets closer to perfection it is harder to describe it.
My Australian friends will excuse me, but the French still set the standards.
Perhaps if i was drinking more French wines lately i would not get this excited, but this Fourchame reflects very much the vineyard style.
A relatively broad Chablis but very very tasty..and long!!

Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of green apple, pear and lemon citrus with notes of floral. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity and ends with minerality. Drink now!
