Lemon, grapefruit, green apple, and iodine aromas. Medium acidity and flavors of lychee, pear, and wet granite. A bit of salinity as well. Nice mouthfeel, medium + length. Interesting wine, for sure!

Jun 19th, 2018Fist impression salty mold cheese , brine... but then it began to unfold. Cheese left and it moved to the Chablis (nose) lime leaves and citrus.
Should be artificer before drinking. High minerality and acidity.
