Dark purple/black, not blue. Nose is all s'mores, toasted marshmallow, chocolate and sweetness of oak. The palate lacks any Franc herbal notes and nearly any sign of fruit either. Too wood dominated for me.

Dark ruby color. Aromas and flavors of red and dark fruit, dried herbs and minerals. Plush and pretty well balanced. Fine tannins and smooth finish. Very “Loire-like” in Style.
