Classic…pepper, meat, smoke, tart black/blue fruit with long finish

Oak starting to integrate. Olives and blueberry jam.

Fairly thick stuff. Meat, tar, dark berry, hoisin, light olive. Still beautiful lifting acidity and sense of place.

Picked the right lunch at Texsom. The '07 is really singing
