Poached pear, apple, lemon zest, white pepper, grapefruit, rich with great acid. Still quite fresh for a 16!

Not a bad chard with a smooth finish featuring some citrus and a smooth finish without a bite. We had this on 9/5/15 and this is the 2013 vintage

White flower, tropical fruit salad, baked bread, slate. Ripe fruit, rounds through the palate, but has a tension to keep the wine focused. Acid and oak have really come together beautifully here to create a structure for the wine to age gracefully. This is way more nuanced compared to when I bottled it. Love how this is progressing. Lots of life left.
