North Coast Sauvignon Blanc

Grapefruit, peach, lemon, apple, tangerine and slate. Electric acidity and great minerality.

Highly aromatic, I get a lot of flower blossoms, some exotic fruits, and green olives.
Nothing subtle about this one- it's all up in your face. The flavors are quite nice, apple, quince, pear, Stony minerality. but I find the acids a little disjointed.

v24. Nice.. elegant. Tropical, melon and citrus zest nose. Creamy tropical, yellow apple and lime zest fruit. Long, bright, slightly chalky mineral finish.

Deep ruby coloration. On the nose, currants, spice and bay leaf. On the palate, blueberry, minerality, cassis and cedar. Longer finish.

Tart, light acidity, great “steak dinner” white wine, went well with a classic Wedge Salad.

The taste is ok. What I like most, is the buzz I get being it’s 14.1% alc.

Pale lemon-straw in the glass with medium intensity. Bright citrus notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit with apple, peach, pineapple, and subtle floral hints. Fuller-bodied than many Sauvignon Blancs, with a rounded texture that’s balanced by medium-plus acidity and a mineral-driven finish. A hint of bread dough. Opens up with time.

Big fan! Light & easy to drink. Not super crispy but still refreshing
