Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

A truly surprising, rich and rounded experience. Cedar on the nose with an approach the velvety-but-well underpinned with tannins that are pronounced but born naturally into the rhythm of the wine. There’s an unusual rhythm here that leads to a memorable, cherry-smoked finish.

Kicking off a long night of family celebration with this generous, well balanced Napa Cab. Right acidity to carry layers of dark fruit and licorice notes through hints of oak to a smooth finish.

Not bad. Needs to open up. Might be better on a second access with coravin. Tart cherries and a peppery finish.

Pleasant but thinner than expected

Very consistent and dependable wine. The magnum was well liked. Nice and deep wine.

Big fruit with blackberries, dark cherries, then touch of chocolate, cinnamon and licorice into a long lush finish.

Very good, nice tannins that softened up after 30 minutes making it great, very nice nose, good fruit, will only get better with age. But, why wait, drink it now.

Leaning to dark black fruit. But solid grades. 89
