Not sure if this used to be vintage only or there are different versions but this bottle by all accounts is NV. Not that it really matters because this is delicious AF. Popped and poured, light straw color with super persistent mousse. Gorgeous, expressive notes of strawberries, golden raspberries, white peach, brioche. So much concentration on the palate; loaded with minerals too. I’ve long been a fan of Drappier and this might be my favorite to-date.

Second one of these in the last couple of weeks. Drinking beautifully and shows total class. Very easy to enjoy yet loaded with complexity.
