This Friday the start of the Easter weekend I have opened the 2013 Dr. L Loosen Bros. Riesling an 8.5% Alcohol off-dry leaning toward sweet.

The nose has beautiful fruit of apricot, pear, Meyer lemon, pineapple, inner tube rubber, ginger and lanolin.

On the palate the fruit reveals the meyer lemon, apricot, nectarine, honey crisp apple and honey.

This wine is medium bodied with medium + acidity that moves into a pleasant fruit extended finish. An easily quaffable wine that will be gone before you know it. Happy Easter, please be safe enjoying yourself. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

Not as good as previous years... But can't argue with the price.

Low alcohol entry Mosel, pleasing, tinged with a little residual sugar but still light on the palate.

Clear straw gold. Equally pale nose and stone-fruity palate. Acidity surprisingly low, but not flabby. Serviceable.
