Palate is a masterclass in elegance. Concentrated and sappy with astonishing purity and tons of apricot fruit and levels of finesse that are shockingly more than I expected.

Medium lemon yellow . Quite discreet at first , with some lightly honied citrus , ripe apple , touch of petrol and white flowers . On the palate this is quite high in acidity , quite mineral and fresh on the palate , slate , citrus peel , ripe apple , an a light saline , honied hint . Good extract and decent length . Fresh , quite intense finish . Drinking well now but will continue to age well over the next 5-10 years .

Rich with ripe apricots, some pineapple and ripe, sweet Sicily lemons... with a mineral foundation and great acidity & touch of salinity. Great length & complexity... this is quite full & rich but with precision. Brilliant.
