Vibrant and balanced. Much less sweet than anticipated and it was very welcome. Ripe pear, saline, lemon zest, pistachio.

Quite deep yellow lemon colour . Quite explosive on the nose lemon peel , mint , ripe spiced red apple . On the palate focused with citrus peel , ripe apple , stony hints , honey . Vibrant acidity and lovely balanced sweetness , really well balanced and long finish . Still with red apple , orange peel , mint and stony hints . Drink now and over the next 10 years. Intense and perfectly balanced .
