Just lovely…
Understated nose of chamomile, orangeblossom, elderflower and soft oriental spice. Dito on the palate, which also reveals lemonoil, apricot and great earthy/stony minerality.
Prime-time drinking!

Sexy lemon, salt and a slight smoke on the nose. Beautiful palate of lemon, orange, tea and plenty RS to go around. Slight acid and chalkiness on the back end of things. Finish lasted for days. Very nice.
