Plucky raspberry, cherry and roses race to earthy notes that wash into a clean oceanic blast. Served too cold, but opening nicely. Cherry goodness throughout, almost chalky. Doubt that is a Langhe soil type, but coming through in the mix. Tight and cran in the swirl, but that is symptomatic of the Nebbiolo. Odd, interesting creature. Real shadows of burgundy, in an unpredictable dichotomy of grapes. #Langhe #Nebbiolo #DomenicoClerico
