A fun wine. It is golden in color with notes of citrus and the nuttiness of aged Chardonnay. The first day was quite tired and we wondered if this was a flawed bottle. The subsequent day showed an awakening of fruit, acidity and enhanced nuances of wet rocks and shells, which was fantastic.

The bottle was drinking fairly well. Tons of explosive flavors of all sorts and types. Yet somehow elegant.

With air classic Chablis. No signs of premox. 02 Les Peruses has been most affected in my experience.

First half bottle was very advanced, dark in color, not drinkable. Second half bottle also advanced but drinkable. Not what it should be. Overly nutty and a bit sherried, fruit in the background and muted, finishes short.

An elegant honey bouquet with wonderful minerality. Really firing on all cylinders after a half hour of breathing. Thanks @Alan Weinberg !

Super nose, wine, and finish. Gorgeous from 1/2 bottle--finished too quickly. Honeyed but still with a good acidic backbone, the fruit shines.
