Hmmm - have to ponder this one. Seems like they went for ripeness, rather than balance

@Dawn E. Nailed the notes on this wine/vintage. Impressed, girlfriend. But we’ll take a hard right turn on the rating. We were really impressed with how it presented. Less limestone, more citrusy and moderately sweet. In some ways, similar to the Edge Hill.

Stone fruit,white flowers, dusty chalk, mild honey, and damp straw! Flavors honestly are somewhat subdued.

Juicy - high acid, dry, lots of golden delicious apple, sharp mineral finish. Clean.

It’s fine. It is bright with some light fruit. Tastes more like a Chenin Blanc than a Chard. Again, good, but not worth the price.

Really quite delicious. Nothing to complain about. For the price I’m a buyer. Wonderful wine to start the evening.

Good Chablis by itself, however this must be enjoyed with food. The acidity, lemon, and honeysuckle open up with mild earthy notes, and a beautifully medium finish. Delicious wine for around $30
