Nice wine and over delivers for village des. Limpid and flawless safe zone from a less than inspired suburban version of Bouley.

Lighter than what I wanted, but still a great balance of crisp acidity and yellow fruit. Pale yellow in the glass, I wouldn’t guess chardonnay if I tried it blind.

Bright, acidic, chalky, stone fruit galore and crisp green apple. Enjoying with chicken suprême, roasted red potatoes and sautéed kale.

Good, workaday Chablis. No wine key necessary. Nice with fondue.

2017 is a touch thin than other vintages in the past, crush stone and hint flint is more pronounced as well. Hey it's still white burg for about 20 bucks

2017 vintage. Very mineral-forward, also with lemon peel and flesh, unripe pear, green apple.

Extremely light in colour. Albino. Crisp green apple. Doesn’t taste like a Chardonnay.
