If you could bottle a rock-scented perfume this is probably what it would smell like. Granite, slate, sulfur, saline all dominate. Like oil, Granny Smith Apple, wildflower honey, and smoke. Oily mouthfeel with lengthy finish. Brilliant.

I've been wanting to drink more wine from Alsace and today am have this Riesling from Domaine Weinbach and the Faller's, Colette, Catherine and Laurence.
On the nose I have peach, apricot, honey, ginger, petrol and a nice mineral note.
The palate has nice fruit notes of peach, apricot, nectarines, honey and wet rock minerality.
This wine is medium bodied with medium + acidity and a long balanced finish. Everything is up front and at the mid-palate, hardly anything on the backend. All in all a nice riesling from Alsace. Have a wonderful weekend and be safe. Nostrovia!

A beauty, the structure was on point.... If I had this in 10 years, I'm sure it would be just as beautiful if not better!!!
