I discovered this thanks to @Doug Pabst but I remember the previous bottle having a fun peppery bite at the end. It seems to be missing this time. Juicy up front and dry as heck on the back. Easy sipper.

Evidence that Sylvaner might be capable of great things in Alsace. Beautiful honeysuckle and red apple aromatics, an almost briny edge, and singing acid.
