Nose of apple and stone/gravel, lots of apple and maybe some charred wood and stone, too. Quite full bodied at 14.5%, off-dry, nice with some spice or after dinner sipping.

Nice concentration with apple & Apfelstrudel in the forefront and some spiciness in the finish. With 9g residual sugar this is quite rounded and off-dry - typical Alsatian PG. Left me quite unimpressed and wanting for more.
