Wow I love this wine! Drinking in July in Athens paired with fresh Sea Bream and chickpeas, very appropriate! Notes of pear, sage, bay leaf; salty, minerally, tiny bit of pet nat after opening, and quite a long finish. Very pleased!

Oaky tangy tart. Very nice. Honeyed roundness up front but the acidity slices right through leaving a bit of minerality at the end.
