Notes from La Paulee 2023 in NYC. White stony minerality. Reduction. Herbal. Riper than Les Grandes Ruchottes or Les Mazures. Round. Med+ acidity, long finish.

Supporting role tonight, not poxed, but indeed advanced. It was still drinkable and did actually improve with air.

So fleshy it reminded me of a Grand Cru
Absolutely in balance
Good freshness and minerality too
I feel like I would buy dozens of this and wait for a while
Texturally was an amazing experience over any other bit of the enjoyment
It blew me away

Out of magnum. Loved this. My white WOTN.

This was a step up from the others and that typical Caillerets saltiness gave it personality and backbone. Lovely, and with the Amuse Bouche of a single slice of the most succulent octopus I've ever had from One Star Michelin chef JM Carette it was a match made in heaven

Simply excellent!!
Style, minerality, length, complexity and enjoyment. You just want more as soon as you finish it. Definitely a richer style than Ramonet, but nevertheless I love it too.😍
