Broad power with enough time open shows its cut and cool maritime quality.

Vulgar display of power. Absurd stone drenched structure with effortless delicacy, shimmering acidity, citrus pith, apple skin, sage and chamomile woven around it. Plenty of life ahead

Bright nose of citrus and a green bean, vegetal note. Very salty and mineral palate with bright acidity. Tasty shit! 😀

Gorgeous, viscous but light and nicely acidic balanced with chalky minerals. Ages long flowery citrus finish. So flipping good, worth plowing through wax seal!

Ruthless and awesome. These age beautifully, but I'm always happy to dive right in.

For '13 a classic nose. Grassy, some ripe exotic fruits, lemon candy and some mineral. But overall impression of ripeness and grassiness. But vivid and precise as only Cotat can be. Even in '13. Bright palate, elegant, refined, fresh and very young. It is all there. Can't wait to see how it develops. Very impressive for the vintage. Needs an hour of air.

Subtle beauty. Lemon pith, grapefruit, stones, chalk, sea breeze. A Symphony of sensations cascading across the palate. Delicate and powerful with length as complete and complex as the wine itself.
