Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a couple of hours. The 2019 pours a ruby color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of strawberry, Bing cherry, red flowers, mushrooms, sous bois, and a mix of cool and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. This was an outstanding pairing with duck. Drink now through 2034.

Pinot Noir from Burgundy. Nose and taste, strawberry, cherry, mushroom? Has an interesting earthiness. Really nice flavor and finish and would definitely buy again.

Pinot from Burgundy. Notes of cherry, very complex. Really full bodied for a Pinot, probably because it was aged 20% new French oak. Organic wine, good age, great price point. One of my favorite finds! Paired exceptionally well with the Moroccan spiced pizza we had with it.

Accurate & varietally correct. Was hoping for more development at this stage but apparently this producer creates wines that age well!

Green and stemmy with aromas of black cherry, strawberry, thyme, damp moss, and minerals. Flavors are elegant - a mix of perfumed flowers, minerals and blackberry fruit. Pure, soft, silky.
