This was the 2012 Blanc and we enjoyed it with petrale sole, snap peas & Tartine bread. Next to Chablis, the whites of Corton and the surrounding area are my favorites. If Charlamagne was the emperor, this Pernand must have been a knight! Nutty, medium bodied and full of electricity on the long finish!

Les Com Bottles - unfiltered. Very well structered wine. Balanced, subtle has a nice thistle component, solid white burgundy.

Light, fresh straw on the nose, with hints of lemon pits. High acid - fresh, squeezed lemon, lemon-grass and key lime with hints of lemon marjoram and lemon mint, and a white peppery, long finish.

Crossover wine. Anybody who likes California Chardonnay will like this as will anybody who likes white Burgundy.
