Perfect with their raw oysters!

VV. This was delicious. Very harmonious. Not Electric and showy, though a nerviness did emerge after an hour along with some salinity. Clearly Chablis with a quiet fullness and no wood. Really interesting to drink these wines as a sort of terroir baseline.

Lemony zest, lovely minerality and a long finish.
