Personally, I need a wine paired for cooking as much as for eating! And chile, a hot kitchen is made for Chablis. Broke out a young, focused, ripe lemon and chalky goodness

Almost white Rhône-ish.

And beach Chablis. Its all about the finish: lemon zest, lychee, wet stone, chalk, kernel. Electric acid. #OBX2018

Reduced. After a day, there’s straight forward sea spray, lemon oil and apple blossom. Plenty of acidity, but decent richness. An old favorite that always delivers. #chablis #chardonnay #burgundy
