Med concentration with a ruby core and salmon-orange rim. Evolved nose with no freshness and abv sticking out. Med intensity and complexity showing ripe red fruit and lots of forest aromas. The structure was a little flabby with med acid and gritty tannins. Dark cherries, dark raspberries, earth, but still nice acid and lift, especially for the vintage. Quite surprising. Enjoyed this, reminded me why I originally liked burgundy so much.
