That is a majestic nose, but also closed in and so much more to express. The one to age. Expansive and wide. Acidity and intensity along with such amazing clarity and freshness. Energetic and lean. But also so long. Inner mouth aromas, bonkers wine. so so so long.

Jul 8th, 2023Tremendous bottle. Nose has massive mineral stank with meyer lemon and so many oyster shells. So saline. Deep and enveloping. The Chablis symphony in full effect. Stunning. Young a f on the palate but oh so promising. Perfect balance and terrific tension. Finish is clipped for now but this will grow with air. Luscious finish that is juicy, explosive and so textured. Lovely focus, linearity and hierarchy of flavors. I’ll be back as this airs. Amazing acid structure here.

Aug 10th, 2022Gorgeous wine and nose. So clean and pure. Seashells, minerality, lime blossom, hint of gras. Palate is ripe and rich with lovely purity and freshness and such laser like precision. What a finish. Does now quit and pulverizes your palate with wet stones, lime blossom and limestone. Stunning and many years to go.

Wow. This is good.
Nose is mineral and saline. Lemon peel. Classic Chablis but on the intense side.
Palate is mineral. Some lemon pith but the lovely integrated richness is what makes this great. Lovely internal aromatics. Almost an aerated mineral made from lemon.
Finish is pleasantly bitter (lemon pith).

Wow, this is really hitting on all cylinders, rich, round, ripe, salinity, sea salt, great minerality, with great acidity as well to balance, long, lingering finish, outstanding!!
