Restores my faith compared to the last bottle I opened. Spot on nose of crushed stone, honey, lanolin, sapid green and yellow fruits. On entry it seems dry but had a sneaky ripeness to it that could be a touch of residual sugar. Perfect foil to a homemade pate champagne.
