Apple lemon… which to me is not a great combination. Pedigree tells us that time will be good to this bottle and what I found disjointed will unite in wonder twins… form of awesome wine! (someday).

Only had one glass, but great acid with crushed rock, mineral, lime, and other citrus. Quite young but this is such a good wine; I wish I had more to drink and paired it with seafood.

Just love these wines. This was in half bottle and a little accelerated in maturity but that just helped the situation. Honey, chalk, stone, great acidity. Yum
