Clos Village Gevrey-Chambertin Pinot Noir

Deep color, ripe nose of black cherries, anise and clove. Medium bodied with some noticeable tannins. Rich texture, elegant finish. Love it.

Pretty wine with good structure, dark fruit, and slightly sweet spices. Pronounced stony freshness on a medium long finish.

Nice red cherry with good weight showing earth, mineral & spice

Classic red burgundy. Earth and herbs. Fruit is secondary but there. Cherry. Absolutely delicious

Cherry, cranberry fruit. Smooth tannins. Velvety mouthfeel. Long finish. Quite tasty. Only quibble is that it isn’t that complex.

Solid. Crunchy red fruits. Cranberry. Fairly tart. Tannins are mostly resolved. Ready to go. Not super complex, but tasty.

Dark fruit and some sticky rum or German Christmas cookie kind of spices with that licorice, ginger, allspice zest to it. Not a lot of structure but drinks smoothly.

2 hours, finally it showed real taste, which is completely different from original. Transparent, smooth strawberry, a bit spicy. Complexity. It would change a lot 3.5 hours, complexity a lot! in future. 2014 @2470, chateau - , 230418-230622

Needed a decant, but very tasty with air.
