Jul 14th, 2021A great nose. Lemon oil but some sweet edges (almost tangerine?)... honeyed edges, limestone, oyster shells. An almost marzipan sweetness. Great supple depth. This has fantastic balance with zippy lemon acid framing all. Really rocking.

The Boillot was a little oaky, but as powerful as CC wines are should integrate just fine.
