@Delectable Wine this is called “Chez l’Odette” and Chignin is the appellation. Delicious nose, hay, flowers, white flowers, pollen, airy, mountain air, palate has loads of acidity, like 10% opulence, complex, juicy, so so long .

Jul 14th, 2019I love this wine. Nose of fresh spring mint, hay, flowers, mineral, seltzer, smells like the alps. Palate is succulent and sappy with terrific energy and texture. So juicy. Reminds me of the El Hem a bit today. Dense and structured and really is always the best Jacquere I encounter every year.

Apr 10th, 2019Love this wine. Super mineral nose. Alpine scents. Classic Chignin Jacquere. Hay, swimming pool, and so much more. Palate is ripe with terrific energy and a nice core of fruit and mineral. So pure and so deep but delicate and elegant. Lovely dissipating finish and great freshness from acid and the minerality.

Nov 23rd, 2018Huge alpine nose. Smokey, mineral, honeyed, pine resin, flowers, so lovely. Such purity to the aromas. Palate is opulent and rich yet with SO MUCH ACID. Like a waterfall of acid on the finish that pumps all that opulent fruit and finishes mineral and mouthwatering. So pure.

Awesome honey on the nose. Mineral nice honey apple on the palate. Really delicious. Makes you want more. Wow. Nice mineral finish. What the cool kids drink with oysters. Bought from fass selections.
