Muscadet-Côtes de Grandlieu Sur Lie Melon de Bourgogne

Satisfied need for cooking wine (in the spirit of using what you would drink). It’s very true to type in the sense of clean Muscadet flavors, a lean body, &. a smooth texture. Nicely done, but Pepiere’s La Pepie is still the North Star for me.

Sipped on my balcony on a hot night! I love Muscadet in the summer.

Mild aromas, lightly citrusy. Light and salty on the palate, lemon and melon fruit, a good bit of body. Happy Easter!!
