Le côté végétal du cépage n’est pas trop mis en avant. Le vin est jeune, on est encore sur des fruits rouges. Ça se boit comme du petit lait!

Wow. Love finding a pretty obscure cab franc. TONS of violet and floral notes. Dark in color with hints of blackberry. Nice acid and finish. Med-light body.

Animal, white pepper, blackberry, barnyard, bell pepper, iron, wet rocks, violets, pottery soil, pencil shavings. Excellent acidity/smooth velvet tannin balance. Light bodied, juicy texture, long earthy finish. Slightly rustic, endlessly interesting.
