More full bodied than a typical Sancerre but has plenty of acidity and minerality. Lemon, lemon pith, chalky undertones. Refreshing and easy

Jun 19th, 2022Minerally, fresh, a bit herbal/grassy . A bit of lemon/lime fruit. The palate leans into the herbal side, with fruit taking a back seat. Not a lot of concentration in the mid-palate, but the finish is relatively long and fresh.
UPDATE: After 48 hours under a Vacu-Vin closure, it’s gotten more herbal and the finish, bitter.

Oct 13th, 2021A tad too light for my palate but does provide the taste range of Sancerre. I'd suggest to buy 2 or 3 bottles and crack them open on a hot August LA night. Definitely not worth the $20 I laid out.
